My name is Stefy Salas
I’m Stefy Salas, a facilitator of inner evolution and conscious transformation.
My path began with a deep curiosity about existence — a calling to comprehend what lies beyond the surface of life.
Over time, that curiosity became a journey of remembrance: remembering who I am, what it means to live from presence, and how to walk this human experience with awareness.
Today, I accompany others through their own process of awakening — creating spaces where truth can be felt, emotions can move, and the heart may open.
Through retreats, one-on-one sessions, and integrative sessions, I support people in reconnecting with their essence and embracing life as a path of evolution.
For me, this work isn’t about teaching or fixing — it’s about walking together, meeting each moment as it is, and remembering the simplicity of being.
